Frequently Asked Questions and Terms of Service

What are the requirements to ride the trolley?

All trolley riders must be 18 years of age or older with a valid photo ID (drivers license or passport). Expired IDs and temporary paper IDs will not be accepted. We require all riders to read and sign a safety waiver before we depart. We recommend all riders wear appropriate footwear for pedaling (avoid slip-ons, flip flops, and high heels) and weather appropriate clothing as the trollies are open to the air. Our trolleys are mostly pedal powered, so we do require a minimum of 6 pedaling passengers per trolley.

PLEASE do not show up intoxicated. We are bound by the liquor laws of Washington state and cannot legally or safely allow already inebriated riders to participate.

Please Note: It is the group’s discretion to choose which locations to visit; however, anyone under 21 years of age will not be served alcohol at bars and may be restricted from entering certain locations due to age requirements. No one under the age of 21 is permitted to consume alcohol.

We ask that all riders be courteous and respectful to each other, our drivers and the bar staff at each location we visit. We will not tolerate any fighting, horseplay or abuse of staff. Please be respectful entering and leaving establishments with a large group. We’re all here to have fun- let’s make it a good time for everyone!
